Define Financial Options

Prerequisites

   Define your set of books. See: Defining Sets of Books

   Define your payment terms. See: Payment Terms. (Payables and Purchasing)

   Define your invoice and payment currencies in the Currencies window. See: Currencies Window. (Payables and Purchasing)

   Define at least one Inventory Organization if Oracle Inventory or Oracle Purchasing is installed.

   To define financials options:

1. In the Financials Options window, select each alternate region that contains the options you want to define. Refer to the window references below for detailed information on any field.

Encumbrance

Human Resources

Supplier - Payables

Supplier - Purchasing

Supplier Entry

Tax

2. Enter or change values.

3. Save your work.
